What’s New in the 2027 Grech RV Lineup?

The 2027 Grech RV lineup introduces more ways to match vehicle size, electrical capacity, and storage to how you plan to use a Class B motorhome.

The lineup includes the Turismo-ion AWD, Terreno-ion AWD, Strada-ion AWD, and three Vacanza-ion AWD configurations. One of the most important changes is the introduction of two electrical platforms: GRECH POWER MAX and GRECH POWER CORE.

GRECH POWER MAX vs. POWER CORE

For 2027, the Strada-ion, Terreno-ion, and Turismo-ion use GRECH POWER MAX, while the Vacanza lineup uses GRECH POWER CORE.

POWER MAX provides 20,480 Wh of battery capacity, up from 16,896 Wh (16.9 kWh) in the previous GRECH POWER system, with up to 16 hours of rooftop A/C runtime under Grech’s stated conditions. POWER CORE provides 10,240 Wh and up to 8 hours of stated A/C runtime.

Both systems use a 51V architecture and integrate alternator charging, solar, a 3,000W Victron inverter/charger, Garmin SERV+ house controls, and Grech Connect.

Vacanza Joins the Grech Lineup

Vacanza is a new Grech model line for 2027, offered in 19-, 22-, and 24-foot configurations. That gives buyers three vehicle-length choices within the new range, from the compact Vacanza-ion 19 AWD to the longer 22- and 24-foot versions.

The Vacanza lineup uses GRECH POWER CORE rather than POWER MAX, separating vehicle size from battery capacity. A buyer can choose a longer Vacanza without automatically moving to the higher-capacity electrical system used in the Turismo, Terreno, and Strada.

Floorplan Choices Change for 2027

Grech has also simplified its floorplan choices for 2027. The Twin Bed configuration is no longer offered, leaving Tour and Lounge as the available layouts depending on the model.

The Strada-ion AWD is available in Tour and Lounge configurations, while the Terreno-ion AWD restores the Lounge floorplan for 2027 alongside the Tour. The Turismo-ion AWD and Vacanza-ion AWD models use the Tour floorplan.

The Lounge gives Strada and Terreno buyers the highest passenger capacity, while the Tour remains the only configuration on the shorter Turismo and across the Vacanza range.

Mercedes-Benz Warranty Coverage Increases

Another 2027 change is the Mercedes-Benz warranty coverage, which increases to 5 years or 100,000 miles, up from the previous 3 years or 36,000 miles.

What Separates the 2027 Grech Models?

• Turismo-ion AWD

At 19 feet 6 inches, the Turismo-ion AWD combines the shorter Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 144-inch platform with POWER MAX.

That combination is its clearest distinction: a compact footprint without moving down to the lower-capacity electrical system. It carries 16 gallons of fresh water, 26 gallons of gray water, and 13 gallons of black water.

• Terreno-ion AWD

The Terreno-ion AWD uses the Sprinter 3500XD 170-inch non-extended platform and measures just under 23 feet overall.

It carries POWER MAX along with 26 gallons of fresh water, 27 gallons of gray water, and 13 gallons of black water.

The Terreno becomes particularly relevant for buyers comparing it with the Strada. The two have the same living-area dimensions, but the Terreno is 16 inches shorter overall by giving up the Strada’s additional rear trunk space.

• Strada-ion AWD

The Strada-ion AWD is built on the Sprinter 3500XD 170-inch Extended platform and measures just over 24 feet overall.

Its extra length should not be confused with a larger living area compared with the Terreno. Instead, the extended body provides additional storage behind the rear sofa bed.

That makes the Strada the more relevant choice when dedicated storage matters more than keeping the overall vehicle shorter.

• LUSSO

The LUSSO sits apart from Grech’s Class B motorhomes, with a focus on private passenger use and mobile-office functionality. For 2027, the LUSSO uses a 12V 300Ah Victron Energy lithium battery system with a 2,000-watt inverter, rather than the POWER MAX or POWER CORE systems found in the motorhome lineup.
