Mountain Luxe RV is a boutique dealership specializing exclusively in premium Class B motorhomes. We focus on craftsmanship, experience, and long-term relationships—not high-volume, transactional sales. Our showroom environment reflects the luxury products we represent, and every team member contributes to that experience.
The Role
We are seeking a Sales Assistant / Junior Sales Associate to support both sales and day-to-day dealership operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn the luxury RV business from the ground up and grow into a full sales position over time.
This is a hands-on role in a boutique environment. Team members are expected to take pride in the showroom, the vehicles, and the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Client Experience
- Support senior sales staff with client follow-up, appointment coordination, and CRM updates
- Assist with deal preparation, documentation, and delivery coordination
- Participate in vehicle walkarounds and client orientations as training progresses
- Develop in-depth product knowledge with the goal of transitioning into a full sales role
- Assist during private appointments, events, and RV shows
- Assist with dealership and inventory marketing
Showroom & Dealership Operations
- Maintain a pristine showroom environment consistent with a luxury brand
- Assist with detailing and preparing vehicles for client delivery
- Drive vans to and from service appointments, inspections, and events
- Support inventory presentation and overall showroom flow
- Assist with operational and administrative tasks as needed
Licensing & Compliance
- Obtain and maintain a Colorado Motor Vehicle Salesperson License
- Support compliance-related documentation and dealership processes
- Obtain and maintain a Colorado notary license
Growth Path
This role is designed for long-term growth. As experience, licensing, and product knowledge increase, the position will evolve into a full Sales Associate role with increased responsibility and earning potential.
Compensation
Base Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 annually (depending on experience) + sales support commissions

Requirements
- Some sales experience (1-2 years)
- Ability and willingness to obtain and maintain a Colorado Motor Vehicle Salesperson License
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving large vehicles (Sprinter vans)
- Maintains a team-oriented mindset and is willing to step in as needed to support sales, operations, and the overall dealership experience
- Ability to perform light physical tasks related to vehicle preparation and showroom upkeep
- Strong attention to detail and respect for presentation and process
- Professional demeanor aligned with a luxury brand
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a small, collaborative team
- Availability to work Tuesday–Saturday consistently
